How do I reset my password?

If you are currently logged into your account, your password can be reset by visiting the Edit Your Profile page. If you are unable to log into your account, you can request a password reset email by visiting the home page and clicking on the "forgot password?" link.

How do I download my PointCloud?

For the majority of our projects, we will deliver your PointCloud and any other project-specific deliverables through a webpage with a DropBox link. If you prefer a physical copy, or if your deliverables are too large for a cloud download, we can always overnight a hard drive with your deliverables free of charge. Included in that link/hard drive is the download for a free PointCloud viewer named Recap from AutoDesk. If you are unfamiliar with how to use Recap our expert team is always here to help you navigate your deliverables. We won’t just deliver and leave you on your own. We work with PointClouds all day, every day across numerous softwares and have developed tips and tricks that we are enthusiastic about sharing to help make your project a success.
